I just got done gazelling (1.71 miles – 204 calories – 22 minutes) and I’m on my way to a meeting with the mayors about Winterfest, so I only have a minute, but I wanted to share my thoughts before I forgot them.
I’m disappointed that I didn’t get down to 180 before Bob Rooney updated his piece of crap web site. But I love his “out of town excuse.” I’m at 190 now, which is where I was on Friday. But considering what I ate Saturday night, I’m happy with that. When I’m drinking, I’ll eat anything and everything. And I had some beers Saturday. Went to Witz End with Joe and Kelly and Joes brother and sister, their dates and Kelly’s parents (a family affair that we snuck in on, really) … and then hung out on Chippewa, where I couldn’t find the elusive woman in the gold lame suit. After that we closed down the Ski Lodge.
Yesterday I drove all around town listening to my Sirius Satellite radio. I love it. 🙂
I thought Dialog went well today. I hope you listen to the full Bob Barr interview. And this afternoon’s interview was pretty cool, too.
