I’m certainly not happy that the Sabres have fallen two games behind in their best-of-seven series with Ottawa, but I’m not overly nervous about it.
Maybe I’m just overly optimistic, but I really don’t see why we couldn’t go to their barn and do the same thing they did to us (steal two). After all, this team loves the comeback.
And an interesting little tidbit I learned this morning: Both Carolina and Edmonton were down 2-0 in their conference final series last year … and those are the teams that advanced to the Stanley’s cup.
So it all starts tonight. Let’s win game 3 and get back in this thing.
