I have friends who like Fred Thompson. I’m not sure why, but I forgive them.
They can’t be happy with today’s news that the former senator from Tennessee has dropped out of the presidential race.
I am.
Thompson is the first of a two-step bowing out process that is guaranteed to make me happy.
Now we just need Rudy to lose badly in Florida next week and take his totalitarian vision of America with him.
With those two gone, I’ll be much more optimistic about the future of America.
