According to Channel 4, the Seneca Nation has “consulted with the federal office of the National Indian Gaming Commission and says it finds no reason in Tuesday’s court decision to consider any alternative.”
The anti-casino folks may seek an injunction to stop gambling at the temporary site, awaiting an appeal by the Senecas.
